ONE PIECE - GRANDISTA - MONKEY D. LUFFY GEAR 5 II (SPECIAL EDITION)
ONE PIECE - GRANDISTA - MONKEY D. LUFFY GEAR 5 II (SPECIAL EDITION)
Unleash the unpredictable power of Gear 5 with this Monkey D. Luffy figure from Banpresto’s Grandista range. Standing approximately 23 cm tall, it depicts the captain of the Straw Hat crew leaping towards his opponent in an explosive pose, ready to deliver a powerful blow.
Luffy is depicted in his Gear 5 form with his voluminous white hair, spiralling eyebrows and his characteristic broad smile. His exuberant expression perfectly captures the freedom and unpredictability of this transformation, which allows him to approach battle with almost limitless creativity.
The character wears white trousers with frayed hems, paired with a wide purple belt tied around his waist. His straw hat rests on his back, held in place by its cord, whilst long white swirls encircle his shoulders and silhouette to evoke the ethereal energy of Gear 5.
The pose particularly highlights his arm thrust forward and his fist ready to strike. The movement of his legs, clothing and smoke effects lends the whole piece an ethereal and spectacular composition. Thanks to its large size and the distinctive proportions of the Grandista collection, this figurine makes for a centrepiece in any collection dedicated to Luffy and the Wano arc.
