PRE-ORDER POLICY

In the interest of granting our valued customers further peace of mind when purchasing with us, Gameology allows certain exclusive products to be pre-ordered and paid for prior to their official release date so that you are able to secure your product.

This is a premium service we offer to ensure that stock of a limited product is reserved and will be shipped out to you immediately upon the official release date – allowing you to spend less time worrying and more time enjoying your games!

Below are the Terms and Conditions of our Pre-Order Policy. Please ensure all conditions of sale are read and understood prior to placing your order with us.

PRE-ORDER PRODUCT ETAs

We endeavour to provide a release date on every pre-order product we list on our website.

These Estimated Times of Arrival (ETAs) can be found within the first line of the relevant product’s description.

Please note that all ETAs are provided as an estimate as further delays can occur from time to time due to circumstances beyond Gameology’s control including (but not limited to), publisher shipping delays, supplier shortages or publisher manufacturing issues.

In the event of a delay, we will update the listing to reflect the new date of arrival and will endeavour to notify all customers affected whenever major delays (more than 2 months) occur. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRE-ORDER?

Products marked as “pre-order” will be dispatched or marked for pick-up as soon as stock arrives to our warehouse, unless there is a pre-defined retail release date from a publisher that we are required to adhere to.

In this situation, your pre-order product will be held from dispatch or pick-up until its official release date.

ORDERS PLACED CONTAINING A PRE-ORDER PRODUCT

If your order contains both a pre-order product and additional stocked items, please note that we will hold the entire order from dispatch or pick-up until the pre-order product is stocked in to our warehouse or the official release date for the pre-order product has arrived.

If you would like to split your order to receive stocked products immediately, please get in contact with Customer Care (through our Help widget below, right) as soon as possible.

Please note that as we will be splitting the original order into two separate orders, orders split for dispatch will incur an additional shipping charge on the applicable order generated for pre-order products.

ORDERS PLACED CONTAINING MULTIPLE PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS

If your order contains multiple pre-order products and/or additional stocked products, please note that we will hold the entire order from dispatch or pick-up until the final pre-order product is stocked in to our warehouse, or the official release date for the final pre-order product has arrived.

If you would like to split your order to receive stocked products immediately, please get in contact with Customer Care (through our Help widget below, right) as soon as possible.

Please note that as we will be splitting the original order into two separate orders, orders split for dispatch will incur an additional shipping charge on the applicable order/s generated for pre-order products.

I WANT TO CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER

Please urgently contact Customer Care (through our Help widget below, right) with the relevant order number. We will do our best to accommodate such requests, subject to the relevant terms and conditions set out in our Returns Policy.

Unfortunately due to our order processing, packing and dispatching procedures within our warehouse, we will be unable to cancel or amend any part of any orders for, or containing, pre-order TCG products if the request is made within three days of the product release date.
