DISPATCH GUARANTEE

We aim to be as efficient at packing and shipping orders as possible so that you can spend more time playing and less time waiting for your new games! Our order turn-around time is the quickest in the business;
Orders placed prior to 8am (MEL time) will be packed and dispatched the same business day.
Orders placed after 8am (MEL time) will be packed and dispatched the following business day.

For your convenience, we offer several delivery options so your shopping experience with us is as smooth as possible.

AUSTRALIA

Click & Collect:

Do you live in Metro Melbourne? Then you’re in luck!
We offer a free Click & Collect service for our local customers who wish to visit us at our retail/warehouse location below, to collect their online orders:

Simply select “Local Pick-Up” as your delivery method during checkout and we will send you an Order Confirmation Notice as soon as your order is placed and paid for. Your order will prepared for collection the next business day and we will send you another Pick-Up Notice to advise when we are ready for you to collect! In order to protect our customers’ privacy, we require valid photo ID to be presented on collection.

Please note: orders placed for Click & Collect that remain uncollected after 14 days from the date of your original Pick-Up Notice, will be cancelled and refunded (less any applicable Afterpay or Zip Pay fees, see our Returns Policy for further clarification). We will send a secondary, courtesy email seven days after your original Pick-Up Notice as a reminder, if the order remains uncollected at that time.

Cost: $10 flat rate nation-wide, fully-tracked

Express Delivery:

Delivery Timeframe: 1-2 business days
Cost: calculated at checkout based on weight and distance, fully-tracked

NEW ZEALAND

Courier Partners: New Zealand Post, PBT
Delivery Timeframe: 5-7 business days
Cost: calculated at checkout based on weight – maximum weight 20kg, fully-tracked. Import/customs/inspection charges may apply and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please refer to your country's relevant Customs and Import Polices prior to purchase.

REST OF WORLD

Courier Partners: Australia Post
Delivery Timeframe: 9-20 business days
Cost: calculated at checkout based on weight – maximum weight 10kg, fully-tracked. Import/customs/inspection charges may apply and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please refer to your country's relevant Customs and Import Polices prior to purchase.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Occasionally due to circumstances outside Gameology’s control, delivery delays may occur.
If you believe there has been an issue with your delivery, please contact Customer Care (through our Help widget below, right) within 14 days of receiving your Shipping Confirmation email, so we can launch an investigation with our couriers on your behalf. Please note, if your delivery includes any pre-order items, your order will be subject to the terms and conditions of our Pre-Order Policy. To avoid any preventable delays, please ensure you double-check your order details, including your full delivery address, prior to placing your order at checkout.
