For your convenience, we offer several delivery options so your shopping experience with us is as smooth as possible.
AUSTRALIA
CLICK & COLLECT:
We offer a free Click & Collect service for our local customers who wish to visit us at our Clayton South or Brunswick stores.
Simply select “Pick-Up at [your local store here]” as your delivery method during checkout and we will send you an Order Confirmation Notice as soon as your order is placed and paid for. Your order will be prepared for collection according to the below time frame:

Once you receive your "Ready for Collection" email, you can attend the correct store to collect your order! See: What do I need to pick up my Click & Collect Order?
Please note; orders placed for Click & Collect that remain uncollected after 14 days from the date of your original Pick-Up Notice, will be cancelled and refunded (less any applicable Buy Now, Pay Later fees, see our Returns Policy for further clarification). We will send a secondary, courtesy email seven days after your original Pick-Up Notice as a reminder, if the order remains uncollected at that time.

SHIPPING DELAYS
Occasionally due to circumstances outside Gameology’s control, delivery delays may occur.
If you believe there has been an issue with your delivery, please contact Customer Care (through our Help widget below, right) within 14 days of receiving your Shipping Confirmation email, so we can launch an investigation with our couriers on your behalf. Please note, if your delivery includes any pre-order items, your order will be subject to the terms and conditions of our Pre-Order Policy. To avoid any preventable delays, please ensure you double-check your order details, including your full delivery address, prior to placing your order at checkout.
