Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA) is a third-party grading and authentication company that specialises in determining the value of trading cards by examining cards for authenticity, condition, and centering. Getting your cards graded by PSA can be a valuable tool for trading card collectors, as it can help ensure that you're getting the most value out of your collection!
Grading prices at Gameology are based on what your card is expected to be worth after PSA grading; this is called the Declared Value.
Your card is insured up to it's raw (ungraded) market value and capped at the Max Declared Value Tier you selected in your submission, while it is with Gameology, in transit to PSA, and with PSA before the grading.
Once the grading is complete, PSA will determine it's final graded value. Your card will insured up to it's graded value. However, if the PSA graded value is now higher than the Declared Value you selected in your submission to Gameology, you will then be charged the correct corresponding submission tier amount.

Choose the cards you’d like to submit and group them by declared value tier. Place cards in a penny sleeve, then a semi-rigid card holder then in a secure box or between 2 pieces of cardboard with your paid order number.
Fill out the submission form with the required details.
- Each submission form can only contain cards from one value tier.
- If you have cards in different tiers, please submit a separate form for each tier.
- You do not need to enter individual card details. Just let us know the correct quantity for your submission. Gameology will scan your cards to identify them for PSA.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a summary of your submission and an invoice email.Please review the details carefully and complete payment.

Important: Responsibility for the cards during shipping remains with you until they are received by Gameology. We strongly recommend insuring your shipment.
Once received, Gameology will prepare and submit your cards to PSA and keep you updated as your submission progresses.
When grading is complete, we’ll contact you to arrange in-store pickup or return shipping.

No, we will photograph each card (without removing it from the semi-rigid card holder) using the PSA submission app to ID each card.

An invoice will be sent to your email shortly after completing your submission form. This must be paid before dropping off or posting your cards to us.

Gameology cutoff date is the last day of each month to guarantee it is sent with the next batch. We aim to send cards on the 10th of each Month. If we receive enough submissions we may send cards sooner than this.
