We offer a free Click & Collect service for our local customers who wish to visit us at our Brunswick and Clayton stores
Simply select “Pick-Up at [your local store here]” as your delivery method during checkout and we will send you an Order Confirmation Notice as soon as your order is placed and paid for. Your order will be prepared for collection according to the below time frame:

Due to Australia Post's ongoing increased prices, it is very sad to say that we at Gameology, are finding it is almost impossible to continue to cover their increased costs with our flat rate $10 standard shipping, that we have been offering since 2015.
We have been trying our best to negotiate the most competitive shipping rates and this pass on to our customers, even with Australia Post's increasing rates, which on average can increase between 3-6% each year.
While Gameology is doing our best to absorb some of the postage cost, we have still been forced to increase our shipping rates, though we have kept it as minimal as possible for each state outside of Victoria.

SHIPPING DELAYS
Occasionally due to circumstances outside Gameology’s control, delivery delays may occur.
If you believe there has been an issue with your delivery, please contact Customer Care (through our Help widget below, right) within 14 days of receiving your Shipping Confirmation email, so we can launch an investigation with our couriers on your behalf. Please note, if your delivery includes any pre-order items, your order will be subject to the terms and conditions of our Pre-Order Policy. To avoid any preventable delays, please ensure you double-check your order details, including your full delivery address, prior to placing your order at checkout.
