For years this was the game you couldn't find. Out of print since 2020, climbing on the secondhand market, passed around as the co-op campaign everyone had heard about and nobody could buy.
The Classic Edition is that game. Same ten-mission cooperative campaign. Same programming core. Same components that earned it cult status: hand-painted sculpted mechs, a hundred hand-washed minions, metal coins, a sand timer that actually runs. Riot built the original like a love letter to the community, and this edition reproduces that build rather than reinterpreting it, with a few quiet quality improvements and two new additions: a solo puzzle pack and a set of skin cards.
At the table it plays exactly as it always has. You draft commands, sequence them, and watch your mechs carry them out onto a board that moved while you were planning. Sixty-minute missions. Drop in or out between missions. Strategic enough to plan, light enough to laugh through, welcoming enough for the friend who rarely plays. No League of Legends knowledge required.
