Based on the Jujutsu Kaisen series, this Banpresto figurine depicts Yuta Okkotsu, a second-year student at the Tokyo Exorcism School and a special-class exorcist. Part of the MAXIMATIC collection, this new version stands approximately 17 cm tall and features a low, dynamic fighting stance rather than an upright position.
Yuta is depicted wearing his white high-necked top, paired with fitted black trousers and white high-top trainers. His dark hair is combed back and his face takes on a focused expression. Unlike some previous MAXIMATIC figurines of the character, this version does not feature him with his katana: his arms are positioned here to complement a close-quarters combat stance.
The sculpting particularly emphasises the body’s movement: widely bent legs, a tilted torso and arms drawn back around the upper body give the impression that Yuta has just pivoted or is about to launch an attack. This design choice also explains the relatively compact height of 17 cm, despite the character’s realistic proportions. The MAXIMATIC range thus emphasises a broad silhouette and a striking visual presence on display.
