I purchased the Vallejo Dungeon depths paint set about a month ago, and I will say that before I had the set I was struggling to paint decent looking stone. every time I attempted before it just came out looking super grey. well with the added colors i got from this ive been able to bring my stone to a much more natural look. the added instructions are reasonably easy to follow, though some areas left some questions? but just slapping paint down still got me some pretty reasonable results. I'm gonna say that this and the wood set are a must.
The one and only thing that bothered me with this set though, is the size of the paint bottles. nearly all of vallejos paint sets I have brought have been at 17m where these ones sit at a measly 8m I'm not sure how long they will last. but that out-sight is purely on my behalf. also to add a vairrient of the set to there Game AIR (the air brush paints) The other thing I reckon would have benefited this set is a little more variety in the stone, im talking like added an extra color or two to make a blue tinge to the stones instead of the blood paints. im yet to work this out yet though.
Either way, I'd rate this product fairly high and a must have for moddle painting.
