Visit our Buy List page and search for the cards you want to sell. If it’s listed, we’re buying! Add them to your cart, choose either Bank Transfer or Store Credit (get 15% bonus with credit!), and select Post or Drop-off. Complete checkout — you’ll receive a confirmation email. Wait for our approval before sending your cards.

Our team will review your submission and email you once approved. Only send your cards after receiving this approval. If declined, we’ll let you know why.

Please send singles with clear sleeves only (no solid-back sleeves). Submit cards in the order shown in your confirmation email. We strongly recommend Toploaders for high-value cards or when shipping. Cards damaged in transit will not be accepted. Incorrectly packed cards may incur a 10% handling fee.

Shipping: Pack securely and send within 5 days of submission drop-off. Include your name and Buylist number inside the parcel. Gameology is not liable for lost or damaged items during shipping. Customer may consider insuring their package if they wish. Please post to Address: Gameology PO Box 57, Mount Waverley VIC 3149.
Drop-Off: Small submissions (20 cards or less) may be reviewed in store if TCG expert staff member is available and time allows. If TCG expert is unavailable or for larger drop-offs submission will be transferred to our TCG team and processed within 5 business days.

Once our TCG experts verify your cards. Approved cards will be paid via store credit (gift card) or bank transfer as requested.

We purchase Trading Card Singles based on the following criteria:
Authenticity: All Trading Card Singles must be genuine, and not counterfeit.
Condition: We accept Trading Card Singles in near mint or new condition. This means cards have no signs of wear or damage. This is to be determined following submission by Gameology. Please refer to our "What is Near Mint?" page guide to see more detailed examples.

Yes, we kindly ask that all Trading Card Singles being shipped to us have a tracking option chosen and the tracking number provided to us via our email contactus@gameology.com.au.
This will ensure a smooth experience for our business and more importantly yourself!

Prices should be accurate at the time you check out your cards. However, there may be large price fluctuations by the time your cards are received. You will be notified if your payment amount has been affected so you can decide if you wish to proceed. Please endeavour to submit your cards within 5 business days of approval to minimise these price fluctuations.
Our prices are based on current market prices and are generated by a 3rd party software and may occasionally lead to mispriced cards. We reserve the right to decline any cards as a result of a genuine pricing error.

If your cards are not on our Purchase List, it is likely that Gameology are not currently looking to purchase them at this time.

Once we have verified the authenticity and condition of your Trading Card Singles, we will provide payment based on the agreed-upon prices listed on the submission form. You can choose to receive payment via bank transfer or store credit! We currently issue store credit via Gameology Gift Card.
