Address Changes and Cancellations

Can I cancel my order or change the shipping address after the order is placed?

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible; so for changes/cancellations, please notify our customer service team via email before 09:00 AM the same day if you have ordered before 9:00 AM or before 09:00 AM the next day if you have ordered after 9:00 AM to ensure we are able to make the change/cancellation. To contact our customer service team, click here.
