AVL Betrayal At House On The Hill Legacy Board Game
Betrayal At House On The Hill non-legacy edition had such randomness to the game that on any play it could be a great game or a lame one. With the Legacy edition there is a set of thirteen scenarios that are scripted by strict control of the cards and locations available, this leads to a much more enjoyable game.
At the start of any scenario the top card of the deck will tell you what to add to the available cards and locations, and at the end more cards/locations may be added or taken away. As discovered items will be named by players, maybe become heirlooms, and deaths will be recorded on the locations, this invests the player into the game and develops a unique history of the house.
At the end of the thirteen scenarios you have the "normal" game of Betrayal At House On The Hill, but now with all the nostalgia of the Legacy playthrough, and many more haunts than the thirteen experienced in the Legacy play.
This is a great implementation of this game.
